Camps will consist of games, skills training, contests, giveaways, and more! Each day camp will focus on a different area. Camp #1 will focus on skill development, Camp #2 will focus on shooting, and Camp #3 will focus on Basketball IQ. Camps are available for kids aged 8-13.

Celebrate the holidays with the Flying Cows at this unique two-day camp! Join Flying Cows coaches, players, and staff on December 30th to learn the ins and outs of basketball fundamentals and offensive play, and lockdown defense on December 31st.

The Cows partner with the Frederick High School Athletic Department to present the Flying Cows Invitational: a tournament-style showcase featuring Frederick County varsity teams – including Frederick High’s Girls’ and Boys’ teams – competing against other powerhouse programs from around the state of Maryland.

The Basketball League (TBL) has selected the city of Frederick and the Flying Cows organization to host the 2025 TBL All-Star Weekend. Friday’s activities include the highly anticipated 3-point contest, slam dunk competition, and more, while the weekend culminates with the All-Star Game on Saturday.
