Learn with the best through the Flying Cows Skills Training Program, partnered with the YMCA of Frederick County! Conducted by professional Flying Cows players, kids aged 7 to 16 are eligible for training.

The Basketball League (TBL) has selected the city of Frederick and the Flying Cows organization to host the 2025 TBL All-Star Weekend. Friday’s activities include the highly anticipated 3-point contest, slam dunk competition, and more, while the weekend culminates with the All-Star Game on Saturday.
