The Moosters
Join us for “The Moosters” for a Tradition Unlike Any Udder! It’s the wackiest golf event in Frederick County; golf meets chaos in support of the Flying Cows Foundation, our non-profit that powers our Non-Profits of the Game, 12 Days of Giving campaign, and all charitable initiatives throughout the year!
This unforgettable day is back and even more exciting for year two! The Moosters isn’t your average charity tournament—it’s a full-on cow-themed carnival on the course. From drunk goggle drives, to heckling Flying Cows players and putting through a backyard mini-golf maze, every hole is a new adventure. Enjoy trans-moosions by the clubhouse, snap a selfie with our live cows, and chase the ultimate prize: The Moosters Jacket—a cowprint blazer reserved for champions bold (and weird) enough to earn it.
Whether you’re here to compete or just cause a little mayhem, The Moosters is golf… the Flying Cows way.

The Frederick Flying Cows are hosting their first ever golf tournament…the Moosters!
The Moosters will be a golf tournament like you have never seen or played in before! Much like our home basketball games… This event will be a fun filled, action packed environment with surprises at each and every hole! Join Flying Cows stars, including Tavares Sledge and Charlie Marquardt, at Glade Valley Golf Club!

Golfer Registration Cost: Individual – $180.00 / Foursome – $600.00 (+fees)
Registration includes: 18 Holes, Breakfast & Lunch, 2 alcoholic drink coupons + additional drinks available for purchase (bar and beverage cart), contests, awards, post event reception, golfer gifts and more! Proceeds from the event will go towards the Flying Cows Foundation, which will help out other non-profit organizations in the community.
Individuals can request to be teamed up with another golfer. We will fill the teams with additional golfers to create full foursomes. The tournament will be a Scramble format, strictly played in foursome groups.
Tournament prizes will be given for each of the following: 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, & Last Place. Hole contests will include Hole In One, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Putting Contest, and much more! We will also hold additional contests, such as the Flying Cows Foundation 50/50 Cash & Sponsor Raffles, as well as give out awards for the best-dressed foursome, the best Cow-fit, and much more! All awards and contests are subject to change and be added to. More details to come!
