The Frederick Flying Cows will host a high school basketball showcase at Woodsboro Bank Arena at Hood College. This event, called the Flying Cows Invitational, is a collaboration with Frederick High’s Athletic Department and will feature both the girls’ and boys’ varsity teams.
Each game in the invitational will showcase a Frederick County team competing against powerhouse programs from across Maryland. All games will count toward the teams’ regular season records.

The Moosters will be a golf tournament like you have never seen or played in before! Much like our home basketball games… This event will be a fun filled, action packed environment with surprises at each and every hole! Join Flying Cows stars, including Tavares Sledge and Charlie Marquardt, at Glade Valley Golf Club!

Golfer Registration Cost: Individual – $180.00 / Foursome – $600.00 (+fees)
Registration includes: 18 Holes, Breakfast & Lunch, 2 alcoholic drink coupons + additional drinks available for purchase (bar and beverage cart), contests, awards, post event reception, golfer gifts and more! Proceeds from the event will go towards the Flying Cows Foundation, which will help out other non-profit organizations in the community.
Individuals can request to be teamed up with another golfer. We will fill the teams with additional golfers to create full foursomes. The tournament will be a Scramble format, strictly played in foursome groups.
Tournament prizes will be given for each of the following: 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, & Last Place. Hole contests will include Hole In One, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Putting Contest, and much more! We will also hold additional contests, such as the Flying Cows Foundation 50/50 Cash & Sponsor Raffles, as well as give out awards for the best-dressed foursome, the best Cow-fit, and much more! All awards and contests are subject to change and be added to. More details to come!
